Sponsorship Opportunities for the 2010 WV Book Faire
We hope to attract hundreds people to Martinsburg on April 16-17, 2010 with "Authors, Books and Conversation." Sponsorship of this event offers your business or organization maximum exposure to a large audience.
Your name can be part of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Public Library marketing campaign that will advertise the event throughout the regional area and saturate the Washington DC and Baltimore markets.
Categories of sponsorship are listed below or call the Martinsburg-Berkeley Convention and Visitors Bureau to tailor a special sponsorship package to meet your needs. Sponsorship commitments are requested on or before January 1, 2009 so we can plan inclusion of your logo and/or name in our materials.
Title Sponsorship: $3,000+ This top tier sponsorship of the WV Book Faire will feature your logo and company name prominently in our publicity, advertising (possible advertising includes posters, flyers, website, billboards, newspaper, radio and television), and an advertisement with premium placement in our Faire Program/Authors' Dinner Program. Additionally, you'll receive prominent logo placement (on or near the podium) at the Authors' Dinner. You will also receive two tickets, recognition at the podium and VIP seating at each of the dinners. Only ONE of these special sponsorships is available.
Chapter Sponsorship $1,000+ This second tier sponsorship of the WV Book Faire will feature your logo and company name in our publicity, advertising, website, and Faire Program. Additionally, you'll receive your company logo on the program at the WV Authors Dinner and two tickets to the event.
Page Sponsorship $500+ This third tier sponsorship of the WV Book Faire will feature your company name in our publicity, website, and Faire Program and both dinner programs. You will also receive one ticket to the WV Authors' Dinner.
Word Sponsorship $100+ This fourth tier sponsorship of the WV Book Faire will feature you or your company name in our website, and in our Faire Program.
